So... yeah, I haven't been here in a loooong time. Didn't even realize it had been so long until I commissioned this piece from comic artist Clara Meath. Met her at a comic convention last month. She has a fantastic adaptation of Poe's "The Conqueror Worm" and is currently working on a comic written by Eliot Rahal called "Midnight Vista." Anyway, the other night she did her first Twitch art stream and I decided I needed an original from her and this is the result: I freeleepin' love it. She is thinking about making prints to sell at conventions but isn't sure if it would sell. I think it would, but whuduIknow? Should be getting it in the mail next week. Check her out on Instagram or The Art of Clara Meath on Facebook if you are interested. And, yeah, I need to be comin' around these parts more.

Clara added some tone to the digital file so this may be what a print would look like.

Awesome.
I would succumb to the urge to draw in Conan and ruin it.

Awesome. I would succumb to the urge to draw in Conan and ruin it. HA! She just inked a Conan that she is going have made into her card sized prints that she sells at conventions so that might quell the urge.

In case anyone is interested, here is Clara's Storenvy store address: www.storenvy.com/stores/1127706-comics-and-art-by-clara-meathIf you might like a print of Yag-Kosha let her know thru Facebook or Instagram or Twitter or whathaveyou. She would like to make some if there is any interest. And no, I wont get a cut of anything she makes.

Back from the frame shop. You really get a sense of the weight of those chains... it's very sad and strange. Which I think captures the moment from Howard's story. Nice frame too.
