I guess it's no surprise a preview did not turn up at CollectedEditions/Masterworks Message Board if this is the end result. Marvel could not be bothered with any kinda restoration with the color reprints. Here's a look at the upcoming Solomon Kane volume by Near Mint Condition:

It kind of looks like the color ones came right from whatever DH used for their trades, at least from the quick look we got.

Really disappointing, Marvel have been restoring the original colors for most of this stuff.
Kinda demonstrates that Marvel don't really care about the other REH characters.

Yeah, it looks like that: If you check out the video at the 8min 12 sec mark you can see this page from DH's Soloman Kane Chronicles TPB with the same color palette. No Cory Sedlemeier on this omnibus either, he gets a special thanks in the credits. I guess that explains a lot about this one.

I think I'm gonna stick to the omnibus editions with color restorations by Cory Sedlmeier and his team.

Did anyone pick this up? How is it? Thinking about it, especially now Solomon is leaving Marvel.

I picked this up in the end and I'm so glad I did. It's great. If anyone else is on the fence I would definitely recommend it.
