Harrison Ford's opinion of the Han Solo character has been very consistent over the decades.

I'm still waiting for a Boba Fett stand alone movie. Before or after he crawls out of the Sarlaac?

I'm still waiting for a Boba Fett stand alone movie. Before or after he crawls out of the Sarlaac? Excellent question. Maybe after. Too many prequels. I remember reading somewhere that George Lucas said that if he had known what a fan favourite Boba Fett was to so many he would have given him a grander send off, or something to that effect. Of course, comic book adaptions ( not to mention a fan made film ) show Boba Fett crawling out of the Sarlaac. I kind of picture Boba Fett re emerging some time after the Empire is defeated. Maybe George Lucas can give his seal of improval on Boba Fett surviving the Sarlaac with a public announcement 'yeah, he made it, blasted his was out of the Sarlaac' kind of thing.

Well, looks like we'll be waiting a while longer now that they've officially killed the Boba Fett film to concentrate on the TV show (at least that's what they've said).

Yeah, read about that the other day or so. Can't really understand the reasoning. Boba Fett would have been a big draw card. So much potential. Mainstream's so disappointing these days.

Why did they have to give Boba Fett that slapstick comedy death.
I mean accidentally getting hit by a blind guy with a paddle which sets off his jet pack, riducoulasly screaming and arm flailing while flying head first into Jabba’s barge, and final death scream as he falls into the Sarlacc, his death punctuated by a Sarlacc belch.
You can’t bring him back in a prequel and make him cool after that, you can try and make him the coolest badass in the galaxy, but we know how it ends.
I think the Mandalorian not having anything to do with Boba Fett was a good idea.

I would have like Boba Fett getting killed off toward the end of RotJ, in a spaghetti western-esque showdown with Han.
Would have been a better end for Fett and improved the shit show that was RotJ

I recently saw Solo for the first time and it's confirmed my opinion that Star Wars is now complete shit. I'll not bother with any more of it.
