Not a fan of Russell's adaptation and never a fan of that cover. If there's anything "in the drawer", I'd bet it's not too great. I'll pass on this one.

Checking the Diamond list for December for the top 500 comics and GNs...is it possible there were less than 120 direct market pre-orders for this? Far as I saw, it didn't chart. Now I know Marvel has solicited a book with some of this same material in it, I'll be interested to see how that book charts.

Checking the Diamond list for December for the top 500 comics and GNs...is it possible there were less than 120 direct market pre-orders for this? Far as I saw, it didn't chart. Now I know Marvel has solicited a book with some of this same material in it, I'll be interested to see how that book charts. I think it was released a week later than the solicitation on the 2nd of January 2019, or at least that's when it was available at the comic-shops in the UK.

Yeah with the first issue of CtB selling over 130,000 copies ...and the second issue around 40,000
