We know from CONAN OF THE ISLES that the isles of Antillia lay to the west of Atlantis, and a large number of Atlanteans fled there following the fall of their home. What do we suppose was the status of the isles prior to the Great Cataclysm, in Kull's time? Were they Atlantean territory, or Pictish, considering they were nearby at the time?

Any educated speculation would require a re-read od Conan of the Isles.
I can speculate widly however.
Antillia was dominated by the Deep Ones, who were driven off by the aforementioned Atlanteans.

Those damn Deep Ones they are everywhere! I'll take a shot and say Antillia was part of the Nameless continent and dominated by a proto-stygian culture. Deuce knows more on this than anybody maybe he'll weigh in

Deuce knows more on this than anybody maybe he'll weigh in Interesting idea. Isles mentions that the Atlanteans had already begun colonizing the Nameless Continent just prior to the Great Cataclysm.
