Well, I stumbled across this yesterday at Amazon. I can't seem to find any kind of confirmation anywhere, yet. It looks like Ablaze will collect 2 translations of the Glenat adaptations in each volume. This one is expected to be released on November the 10th this year (if things go according to plan, 2 weeks earlier at your local comic book store). Unfortunately, the description sucks at Amazon, but it kinda looks like the 1st volume will collect the Queen of the Black Coast & Red Nails adaptations. The Cimmerian Volume 1 by Jean-david Morvan, Robert E. Howard, Régis Hautière & Pierre Alary B Y CROM! Robert E. Howard's famous CimmerianUNCENSORED! For the first time, Robert E. Howard's Conan is brought to lifeuncensored! Discover the true Conan, unrestrained, violent, and sexual. Read thestory as he intended!Hardcover: 144 pages Publisher: Ablaze Language: English ISBN-10: 1950912205 ISBN-13: 978-1950912209 Product Dimensions: 17.1 x 26 cm Release Date: 10 November 2020 Link: www.amazon.co.uk/Cimmerian-1-Jean-david-Morvan/dp/1950912205/www.amazon.com/Cimmerian-1-Jean-david-Morvan/dp/1950912205/

Interesting. I'm glad their collecting them, although it would have been nice to see them use the European page sizes for the collections (assuming the dimensions are correct), but it makes sense not to.

I was hoping they would do this. I didn't care for the single issues but I'll gladly pick up these collections.
Its not available on the Canadian site, but they also don't allow a pre-order yet so it's obviously just a placeholder at the moment.

The Cimmerian Vol 2 HardcoverSylvain Runberg (Author) Robin Recht (Author, Artist) Robert E. Howard (Author) Jae Kwang Park (Artist) Description: BY CROM! Robert E. Howard's famous Cimmerian UNCENSORED! Discover the true Conan, unrestrained, violent, and sexual. Read the story as he intended! The Cimmerian Vol 2 includes two complete stories, The People of The Black Circle, and The Frost-Giant's Daughter, plus bonus material, including the original prose stories, in one hardcover collection!
In The People of the Black Circle, the king has just died in the kingdom of Vendhya, struck down by the spells of the black prophets of Yimsha. The king’s sister, Yasmina, decides to avenge him…and contacts Conan, then chief of the Afghuli tribe. But several of Conan’s warriors have just been killed by the men of the kingdom of Vendhya, further complicating the matter. The princess thought she could use the Cimmerian, but rather it is she who will serve his interests... Looking at images it has back cover which states prose stories included. I preordered. Having comic & prose in one package is really appealing to me (Even though I thought the Burning Skull got really short shrift in this version of Red Nails).

I ordered a copy from my LCS and picked it up last week. I read Queen of the Black Coast today. It was fun, but nothing mind-blowing.
I'm saving Red Nails until I can enjoy it in natural light and without distractions. It's my favorite REH Conan story, and thumbing through, I like the art style a lot more than QotBC. I'm looking forward to it with high hopes.
I wish it were bigger. I wish the pages weren't glossy. But I'm glad they're collecting these since I don't collect floppies, and I'll keep buying them.

"I wish it were bigger. I wish the pages weren't glossy".. You and me both. I also wish each story was collected individually. This is the only reason I buy the floppies instead. The art style in Red nails is definitely better that QotBC in my opinion. Although this adaptation of Red nails isn't nearly as good as the original Marvel one, it is good to finally see a new adaptation of the story rather than getting a dozen more reprints of the BWS and Thomas story (honestly I was getting tired of all the reprints).

Well it seems Barry Smith would agree with me. Here's him talking about the Red Nails reprint in Conan Saga #9: "Nice drawing but a hopelessly uninspired picture. I was worn out and looking for acceptable compromises. Compare the visionary quality of this cover to my first work for the saga series. This book was the trillionth reprinting of Red Nails." - barrywindsor-smith.com/Sagahtml/saga9.html

We've got the 3rd volume up at Amazon revealing the next adaptation The Man-Eaters of Zamboula before the solicitation by Ablaze later this week that'll reveal that The Man-Eaters of Zamboula is probably gonna be the next adaptation in the series. THE CIMMERIAN: Volume 3 HCby Virginie Augustin (Author, Artist), Gess (Author, Artist), Robert E. Howard (Author) Description: Ablaze returns with two more thrilling adventures of Robert E. Howard's famous Cimmerian! Discover the true Conan, unrestrained, violent, and sexual. Read the story as he intended! The Cimmerian Vol 3 includes two complete stories, Iron Shadows in the Moon, and The Man-Eaters of Zamboula, plus bonus material, including the original prose stories, in one hardcover collection!
In Iron Shadows in the Moon, a young woman in danger is pursued by her vile master. Conan, whose family has just been wiped out by this same master, puts an end to the beauty's pursuer, and saves her with a blow of his sword. Bound by fate, the couple decide to hit the road together. Their journey takes them to an island where they discover strange ruins inhabited by dark magic. Their paradise-like refuge soon turns into a suffocating nightmare where shadows lurk. Who knows the extent of the dangers that lie there? They will quickly learn that on an island, the biggest threat does not always come from the outside... Iron Shadows in the Moon reveals the genius of its author in describing universes as singular as they are mysterious. With her line, both delicate and powerful, Virginie Augustin illustrates this oppressive and mystical atmosphere, and gives the story a new graphic breath.
In The Man-Eaters of Zamboula, the Cimmerian finds himself in the land of a thousand and one nights! A crossroads of beliefs, languages and cultures, the mythical trading city of Zamboula is also the scene of many dark legends. Upon paying the city a visit, Conan is warned of the dangers of Aram Baksh's home. It is said that most of the foreigners who stay there disappear under obscure circumstances...and it is precisely there that the Cimmerian is spending the night. But by lifting the veil on these mysterious cases of kidnappings, the Cimmerian will discover another secret, even more terrible, linked to the whole of the city of Zamboula... A story imbued with orientalism and macabre witchcraft, The Man-Eaters of Zamboula offers writer/artist Gess the opportunity to deliver his vision of Robert E. Howard's hero in a comic book story of exotic and dark beauty.
