Going back a few iterations and reading the original "story", sounds more like someone talking out of their a..rea of other use. IF anything is happening with Conan, at the moment it's going through Netflix first. Whatever anyone else has in mind, they get first call on it. Here's hoping we hear something at Howard Days or right around (if they really have the showrunner, let's see who) then just to know things are on a good footing.

And it will help show the guys in suits that there are a lot more Conan fans than they may be aware of.

Makes me wonder what a Tarantino Conan movie might have been like. Plus - Salma Hayek in her Desperado/Dusk Till Dawn days would have set the cinema screens ablaze as Belit.

"Speak not to me of how wonderous my mulled wine is, dog! I know of it's wonders for I pay good coin for it! When I am fool enough to allow my woman to procure it, she brings me naught but bitter dregs! Nay, I am more concerned with the Stygian who's carcass cools in my antechamber! I ask thee, barbarian, have I a sigil upon my door that sayeth 'Dead Stygian Storage?"

[quote source="/post/41221/thread" By Crom, brother ... I even fantasized about her leg in my mouth, as Tarantino experienced in the movie 😏 Eiza Gonzalez recreated that scene in the TV adaptation "From Dusk Till Dawn". I enjoyed it. And yet, despite all her beauty, she did not even approach Salma with zeal. Watching that goddess is like watching gold melt slowly... So sensual... Almost hypnotic... Whichever actress is chosen for Belit in the series has one extremely difficult task ahead of her.

The snake part of that scene was improvised because she said you can't choreograph a scene when you don't know what the snake's going to do. She was scared of snakes as well.

Unfortunately I will not be financially supporting any of Netflix's Conan endeavors because of a choice the company has recently made.
