Anyone seen this? Pretty good performance, voice, the appearance of a dark barbarian is well presented... It makes you wonder...

Pretty cool, whoever wrote that scene has definitely read some REH. I watched it on youtubes site and this was in the recommended, I think REH would have liked Letterkenny

I hear high praise for Letterkenny, maybe I should check it out. Last season was dull but the previous ones are funny. I find the redneck stoicism of the main character to be howardian.

Yeah, that's not bad. This is a weird clip to watch without any context.

Yes, it is. Never watched this show before, to be honest. I just stumbled upon this clip by accident. The appearance and performance of this guy are intriguing to me though. I literally see Howard's Conan here. The guy's name is Derek Teller, purely informative; he's even credited as Conan in this episode. To be honest, add another 15 pounds of muscle to his frame, and they can definitely consider him for the series.

Visually and most of the dialogue is straight from the original prose tales. It would defiantly be good if this guy where considered for the Netflix's Conan series or movies. Of course there are some other good candidates that should be taken into consideration. But this guy should be one of them.

But this guy should be one of them. He's good. He's realy good, my barbaric brother. I could say, to me personally, this was the first glimpse of hope in this modern era. I'm not saying that he should be the only one in consideration, there are absolutely more people who would do a teriffic job. But I can't remember any of today's muscular actors I can imagine in the role of Conan. Most of them are pretty boys, or a bit urban for such roles. Some new-commer would be my choice - maybe this guy... Maybe someone else... Who knows...
