Dark Horse printed it in The Daughters of Midora and Other Stories and called it an original story. Wikipedia says it was published online, but I haven't found anything that corroborates that.

Regarding Conan Exiles - I assume that's the mini-comic that came with the Limited Collector's Edition of the game. I don't think that has ever been collected before.
