Proper quality Sword and Sorcery settings in ttrpgs can be a bit on the rare side (as can proper quality settings for all other genres, but I digress), but there are some standouts. Namely Morten Braten's World of Xoth, that I've seen mentioned around here a few times in passing and REALLY dig. Some great adventures for D&D/Pathfinder/Legend (the Mongoose edition of Runequest, sans Runequest) along with the rule mods needed to really emulate the genre with those first two systems, well written and with that ineffable S&S atmosphere. Also tastefully depicted boobs on the cover of the Player's Guide, which I judge as a positive.
And yes, I reviewed it. Because of course I would.

I may just by a copy to add to my stack of unplayed RPG's. it looks real cool.
I wonder if it would be hard for me to shoehorn into LotFP....

And as far as the Player's Guide is concerned, you'll have an easy time buying it since it doesn't cost anything. Free to own!

Liked your review, "World of Xoth" is an awesome game, I havent try myself as COVID has not allowed me to play TTRPGs but I found it a wonderfull reading, also I their Conan D20 looks great but am terrible at that system, hopefully one day someone could create a "Conand 5e" fan game.

I'd say you could run a Conan themed 5e game on your own. Like many on this forum you are probably knowledgeable enough about the "Howard-verse" you would have little need for some sort of sourcebook. Im kicking around the idea of running a Hyborian themed LotFP game myself.

Follow up: just reviewed the first compilation of adventures set in the World of Xoth setting, "The Spider God's Bride and other tales of Sword and Sorcery", written for 3.5 era D&D and Runequest style d100 RPGs. That's ten adventures full of Sword and Sorcery goodness, damn good bang for your buck.

If I weren't already up to my eyeballs in underplayed RPG's I'd be all over this.

I downloaded the free stuff.. and I'm scouring ebay for copies of the Runequest rules mentioned in the video.
I may have an RPG problem.
