Great new pic Aggro! Are you using watercolours with brushes on this one? Thank you, Von K! Yeah, it's watercolors with brushes and a little bit of watercolor pencil to touch up some areas. In the Pathfinder RPG setting, this is Desna, the goddess of luck, fortune and travelers.

I managed to miss the Pathfinder context, yet had a feeling her dice were significant...

It's interesting to see the softening of your line-work in this one, it kinda allows the subtle coloring to demonstrate the depth and definition. Beautiful stuff, Aggro.

Bux and hun, thank you both for your comments! Much appreciated. I was using as little black as possible, especially for outlining, hence the softening of the line-work. I let the colors and shading define the edges in some areas, and I like the results. Hmm perhaps it's the ole mistletoe?

Thanks for your latest pic Aggro - great expression there!
You seem to be experimenting more with new techniques lately...

Thanks for your latest pic Aggro - great expression there! You seem to be experimenting more with new techniques lately... Thanks, Von K! Yeah, sometimes I look back at the old methods I've used and think that they aren't quite as effective, so I'll try some different techniques now and then.

A bit of Frank Frazetta inspiration for this one (subject matter and background).

Very good background shading and trees - gives it great and creepy depth. But i cant see anything special about the girl or her clothing. [ maybe try more of a feral jungle girl look next time? ] Thanks Aggro

Very cool Aggro! Plus, great leopard and background, and she seems to have a few more friends waiting in the shadows. Bux, you may be holding Aggro to an unrealistic standard as Frazetta's sultry femmes are possibly inimitable.

A bit of Frank Frazetta inspiration for this one (subject matter and background). Killer! Jungle Girls are always in order.

Agreed! Bux, Von K and Char-Vell, thanks for the comments! Always appreciated. My intention was to make the girl's attire kind of plain and somewhat unexpected. I could have cheesed it up a little more with a leopard-skin bikini or something, but decided against that since it can be a bit overdone, imo. Why can't a nice, pretty "good" girl be friends with the wild cats, huh?

A bit of Frank Frazetta inspiration for this one (subject matter and background). Love the sinister eyes in the shadows, the beautiful jungle girl and that's a great rendition of a leopard. What I really like is that there's loads of potential there story-wise within this fine illustration. Great stuff, Aggro.
