Thanks for posting these pages, hun. Who recolored them? I found the pages online. I think they are the original colors - but, the coloring has been slightly adjusted with photoshop or another similar type of software. It looks like the saturation/black and white levels have been changed and also the picture sharpness looks a little different.

Great art and sorry to see him leave. I actually corresponded on Facebook with him; he said the thing that made him jump ship is that they have no more plans for King Conan stories. He even said that he wouldn't have moved if they had other stories lined up for him and that he even waited. The problem is things got complicated, the clock was ticking and he had bills to pay.
DH really fucked up driving him away

Yeah, it's definitely been adjusted then - The pages look more like watercolors. I like it, though! Oh man, they really did screw up by losing Giorello. He was easily the best Conan artist of recent years, imo.

Tomas told me they WANTED him to stay but they were rather vague about it and took a long time. As time passed the bills piled up.
So yeah DH. You're indecisiveness drove away your best artist.

The current artist is good, but this latest arc with 'The Devil In Iron' would have been absolutely incredible with Giorello on board. Such a shame...
