My first exposure to Conan. I can remember watching this show before running out the door to catch the school bus.
I have some fond memories of it, but like most cartoons from my childhood, I'm worried it won't quite hold up.

Yes... Ya know, my friend, I still got it on cd / the whole animated show... It bring me some nice memories from my early days to. It far from REH, but what the hell... I love it when I was a child. It could be more serious and blody, all in all, more Howardian, but what is done it is done. Ah, those days when I run trough my backyard with wooden sword in my arms...

Magic sky-metal sword, evil serpent-people . . . With a few tweaks, this could have been a Thongor series.

For anyone who might be interested, I just found Conan the Adventurer (the animated series) on Tubi, a free streaming platform.
Just thought some of you might like to know.

There's a lot of stuff there, you just have to put up with minimal commercial interruption. It's satisfied my MST3K fix a bunch of times over the past couple of months. I think they also have a really bad version of the Flash Gordon cartoon from the late 70s, like it was taken from a bad VHS and streamed over a dial up modem.

Nice, if you're a child of the 90s this is most likely your first exposure to Conan.
Not familiar with Tubi, but I need to check it ou now.
Just out of curiosity did this cartoon have a legit ending? I remember watching an episode before school where Conan's family were revived, but I hadn't watched it for a long time.

It did have an actual ending, I remember that coming as surprise since even as a kid I was used to cartoons never ending. The final episode leaves things open for another season but its not a show that can be played on endless loop since the story comes to an end.
