There is a British RPG company called Cakebread and Walton. They are most famous for the Clockwork and Chivalry line of adventures in an alternate ECW setting. Then they branched off into Clockwork and Cthulhu using their own set of Renaissance D100 rules.
Here’s the thing. Cakebread and Walton have a pair of one-shot adventures called Wolves of the Coast and The Isle of the Stone. In these adventures, the player characters are Dalcassian warriors loyal to Turlough Dubh O’Brien. Yup, these adventures are set in early feudal Ireland as imagined by REH.
Wolves of the Coast involves the rescue of Princess Caitrín O’Dobh from the clutches of Thorleif, a dastardly Norse Chieftain, at his fortress at Arnkell Laug(Arklow) and is a straightforward Blood n’ Thunder yarn.
The sequel, Isle of the Stone, introduces a bit of Mythos into the proceedings as Irish Villagers and monks loot a cairn upon a headland, unleashing an ancient horror and drawing the attention of the Black Ones/Deep ones.
They are both available as pdfs on Drivethrurp, costing roughly $1 apiece and I had great craic playing them with the lads.

I should point out that both are designed with a single night’s gaming in mind, or two at a stretch.
