I hear there's some really good stories in this.... There's a particularly entertaining weird western by B. Harlan Crawford in this anthology titled "A BRIEF DELAY ON THE ROAD TO SAN BERNARDINO" that I would highly recommend to Howard fans.

I hope it works out.
We haven't had an acceptable version of Dunwich Horror IMO.
One day I hope to see At the Mountains of Madness adapted properly as well.

Me too, I still like the old Dean Stockwell Dunwich Horror but they could really do the Whateley twins justice with some modern special effects.

Watched Richard Stanley's The Color Out of Space and I'm very happy with it. I'd highly recommend it to Lovecraft fans and even to folks who know nothing of HPL but like horror movies with something other than slashers or zombies. Some changes to the story but the things added or changed work very well and show plenty of respect and admiration for Lovecraft's works.

This is the right way to do an adaption.

Can't wait to see what he does with The Dunwich Horror Me either. we have long been denied a proper adaption with whippoorwills and dog attacks.

Stanley using the Whippoorwills in Color Out of Space made it clear to me he "gets" HPL on a level we haven't seen in movies, we've had several HPL derived movies that were highly entertaining (mostly thanks to Stuart Gordon, Jeffrey Combs, and special thanks to Barbara Crampton ) but I think this is the first movie to give actual sense of "Lovecraft Country" a place where weird stuff happens and weirdness pervades. Now if only Hollywood could find a director who feels REH's Hyborian Age at that depth.

Wicked work! I hope he used some software because it would take me a month to draw all those runes.
