then Grace realized there was one way to ensure her patients health.... Seen a few Russell Brand's videos, love the bit at 2.35 where he says Grace can speak three languages, English, Mandarin and........'Skynet' before correcting to Cantonese. In my dystopian sector of Oceania ( or is it still Australia ) they are already making plans to bring in slave labour from overseas to replace the nurses they fired for refusing those clot shots our snakeoil salesmen pollies are constantly shoving in our faces 24/7 for that elusive whatsitsname cold no one I know gets. Perhaps they have already made a contract for a nursing front line of Graces.

I'd like to see a full length adaption of WHH's Night land in this style. Primarily because It's been a struggle for me to finish reading the original. Me too. I skip over the first 100 pages or so, and read the rest in mentally digestible chunks. It's a truly amazing work though with tons of stuff to take in.

I'm still getting through Hiero's Journey. My reading speed and attention span have decreased considerably. it's disturbing.

Don't recall ever having watched this one. Just caught up by watching a clip on youtube. Harryhausen was amazing, plus there's something uncanny about his stop motion animation that just adds to the weirdness factor.

Imagine a Conan movie with Harryhausen unleashed on special effects, judging by how much fun the 70's Sinbad movies were it would have glorious. Many of the lesser known stop motion guys like Jim Danforth also produced excellent stop motion, here's a clip from Flesh Gordon (it's exactly what you think so beware of some brief nudity) that makes you wonder what might have been on with a full on R-rated Conan fighting a stop motion Thog.

You've no doubt seen this many times Zarono - the closest I know of to Harryhausen on stop-motion Thog:

You've no doubt seen this many times Zarono - the closest I know of to Harryhausen on stop-motion Thog: Oh yeah Jason and the Argonauts is favorite of mine! The ghoul fight from Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger is another good one. Harryhausen was the greatest at combining complex live action with stop motion.
