I mentioned this elsewhere but when I saw the solicit, it was the first time I ever noticed Conan was barefoot and standing in water!

Yes, the colours on the original were much nicer than the garish red one, but I'm assuming that they'll all be digitally coloured. ...... NoooOOOO! A hardback volume with all SSOC covers would be nice. ...and a Conan the Savage Omnibus. |

I mentioned this elsewhere but when I saw the solicit, it was the first time I ever noticed Conan was barefoot and standing in water! Not that it matters, of course, but looking at both versions again (and more visible in the original), I think I'm seeing a sliver of sandal underneath Conan's right foot at the toes and also under the arch of his foot. ......  Barefootish then.  You do see it way better in the original than the recolored one. |

It looks like the colors have been restored by Cory Sedlmeier throughout the book - that includes pages beyond the 2 omnibus volumes already published. They even have a color page from the Black Colossus adaptation from the Marvel Treasury Edition. Hopefully, they'll publish an Art of Savage Sword Of Conan volume |
