The isle of the Black Ones

Is it just me, or do all maps of the Hyborian Age place the isle of the Black Ones, from the tale Pool of the Black One, a bit too near the Hyborian coast? I thought the story implied it was further out west than that, given it takes some weeks for the Wastrel to reach it.

Some of them have it too close, the better ones have the name with an arrow pointing to the left off the map.
