It's that feeling when they discontinue your favourite fast food, that's how I feel about Savage Avengers getting cancelled. Or the Hostess Blueberry Pie of the comics world...

I think Fredrik Malmberg has probably, already, given the green light for future Savage Avenger issues beyond issue 28.
That seems to be how the relationship between Marvel and Cabinet seems to work.
We could get something like a relaunch of the title, like most of the Marvel books early next year - a new chapter, of, kinda, after they abandoned Diamond for PRH.

I reckon with SA , 2099 and the other odd series' Conan's appeared in that Malmberg has given Marvel carte blanche to do whatever they want with him already. Marvel will in all likelihood relaunch SA _but_as the first series was very Conan-centric will they think they've done that and go in a different direction with the cast and Conan , if he's in it at all , be just one of the crowd?

Yeah, or maybe a more grounded series set in modern times with Conan not encountering so many superheroes and wizards?

I would love to see a SA comic where Conan is more an Indiana Jones figure traveling and figthing for magical objects in the Marvel Universe, SA for me al least, feels all over the place with not a clear idea of what to do.

Heh? I'd give my first born for one of those. Seriously miss them. Krispy Kreme, Entenmann's and others have had "limited edition" blueberry pies, but they've all been flavorless blah. Sugary Gelatinous Goo flavor is more like it. That said, the company that bought Hostess, after they went bankrupt, ruined nearly everything they produce.

I'd love to see an omnibus edition of this series.

I'd love to see an omnibus edition of this series. Isn't the regular Marvel way to publish omnibus versions 15 years or more after the original release? Or do they more recent omnibus as well?

I dunno, but, they will eventually lose the license, so they can't wait too long and omnibus editions seem to be selling very well these days.

If Marvel looses the linces (theoricaly speaking) who will pick it up next?, will the Netflix series could also be afected ?

I'd like them to throw the licence to someone like Image who know how to make a success of non-superhero titles like TWD or Saga. Or how about giving Ablaze a go! Let Marvel complete their collections of the old stuff , at least they know what they're doing with those. The Netflix show wouldn't be affected by the comic moving but whether that goes ahead anyway is another question.

I personally think Conan in the public domain wouldn't be all that bad. Lots of possibilities there.

Could it possible in an era where get Foundation, Dune, Wheel of Time and a Second Age Middle Earth saga, we CAN'T get a good Conan?

Maybe Titan will finally get the opportunity to publish new material if Marvel lose the License?
