He was quoted just recently stating how he thinks it would work and that he is still interested. I mean, like, recent recent.
And, yes, with the new release it will probably be said on a more national stage: Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, etc. . . . or Graham Norton.

Will order movies but will not get them until later in late February. I will have to buy 4k player. The 4K Blu rays are region free but the blu ray with the extras are region locked (unless you are in the U.S.A.) I will want to know if there is information about the deleted scenes from both movies. When I watch them I will post about it. I will hope the blu ray plays but it says region A on it

There are reports that the Dolby Atmos track on "Conan the Barbarian" is again slightly compromised like the 5.1 track on some earlier releases. In some scenes the choir on Basil Poledouris' magnificent soundtrack is too low in the mix and possibly there are some percussion instruments missing in the orgy scene. Fortunately the new disc also contains the original mono mix. On that you get the full score albeit in somewhat lesser sound quality.

Arrow only has the Bluray set available (4k UHD is out of stock), after reading the description of both sets, I'm not sure what the difference is?
And in the description of the Bluray set is says:
"Brand new 4K restorations of both films from the original negatives by Arrow Films" "High Definition Blu-ray (1080p) presentations of both films"
I use my Xbox One as a Bluray/DVD player and I guess my TV is High Definition?
In "Layman's terms", whats the difference between the 2 sets? and For what I'm playing it on, does it even make a difference?

Just a matter of quality. I’m perfectly happy with my 4K TV/Blu combo, haven’t felt the need for another player yet.

I bought the Blu-ray set (Amazon, $40) and I have only watched Conan The Barbarian, but the Arrow restoration looks amazing!, very "vibrant", colors and details I have never noticed during (numerous) previous viewings. On some of the wide exterior/landscape shots you can really see the film grain, but both interior and exterior scenes are so much clearer and detailed. IMO, the Arrow set is absolutely worth picking up.
