Awesome! But also... argh! It lists books (both Emerald Lotus & Living Plague) and the listing includes prices, ISBN numbers, even dimensions! No dates, or links to preorder... Just impatient to get these in my hands! Perilous Worlds, call me greedy, but give me more! It also lists The Song of Belit by Michael Stackpole. the Belit novel may interest me? but i will need to read some good reviews before i buy it. ==== >> please let us know when the books become available at Amazon?

Stackpole did a great job on the novelization of the 2011 movie. I'm looking forward to both books, too.

From story linked on PW site:
Perilous Worlds’ first titles are to be launched at the Frankfurter Buchmesse (October 10 to 14), when the Perilous Worlds venture will be exhibiting in Hall 6.1, stand E77.
Hopefully that means more detailed info by end of week.

I was in contact with Cabinet, but I guess it went nowhere. Congratulations, Scott!

Little bit of blurb on John doing the rounds on FB. "Meet author John Hocking: creator of sword-and-sorcery tales and recipient of the Harper Pen Award. He will be working on two amazing new Conan titles with us: 'Conan and the Emerald Lotus' and 'Conan and the Living Plague'. Which one would you like to read first?"

Since I own Emerald Lotus, I'm more interested in Living Plague.

John also had a third book half written when Tor closed their pastiche line. I seem to recall he had a few more planned beyond that as well.

Will John Maddox Roberts be doing anything for them? John's were some of my favorite non-Howard Conans back in the day.

You should try again Mr Erdelac, once things have settled down somewhat. Here's line editor Howard Andrew Jones latest post on Perilous Worlds: www.howardandrewjones.com/sword-and-sorcery/perilous-momentumI am but a humble fan-fictioneer, otherwise I too would love to send them a pitch. I may harass them again. Keep writing, Von, and don't sell yourself short. I wrote Star Wars fanfic years before I ever got a check from Lucasfilm.

Here's the description/details of all 3 of the upcoming Conan books, I'll add covers when available.
JOHN C. HOCKING, CONAN AND THE EMERALD LOTUS
Lured into the addictive thrall of the Emerald Lotus, the lovely sorceress Zalandra turns to Conan for aid. They must contend with bandits, undead revenants, monsters, and the desert deeps to defeat the lotus’s Stygian master in his lair, never guessing the Emerald Lotus itself may be the greater threat.
$16 ISBN : 978-1-7328301-1-0 5.2” x 7.9”
JOHN C. HOCKING, CONAN AND THE LIVING PLAGUE
Sent to recover treasure from a plague-wracked city, not only must Conan avoid its deranged survivors, but battle a deadly disease given humanoid shape. To save himself – and perhaps the world — he allies with a scheming sorcerer to traverse a demon-haunted abyss in a desperate bid to destroy the Living Plague.
$16 ISBN : 978-1-7328301-0-3 5.2” x 7.9”
MICHAEL A. STACKPOLE, THE SONG OF BÊLIT
The novel is a prequel to Robert E. Howard’s story Queen of the Black Coast. It introduces Bêlit, the woman who is the love of Conan’s life, and chronicles her turbulent early life which set her on the path to becoming the pirate queen who ensorcels Conan. The exciting adventure dives deep into the world Howard created, weaving threads of history into the backstory of the most intriguing woman Howard ever wrote.
