Not so good (but kinda expected) for the Conan related comic books ordered by retailers in November. I think overshipping on the previous issue of Savage Avengers explains the significant drop.
51 Savage Avengers 7 34,742 77 Conan The Barbarian 11 25,444 82 Conan 2099 1 24,535 106 Savage Sword of Conan 11 19,785 169 Age of Conan Valeria 4 11,654

It will be interesting to see how Volume 5 of each series sells when they run out of Roy for now. Yeah, it's gonna be real interesting to see if they sell as well beyond the Roy Thomas run. Conan related Graphic Novels shipped in November Number 21 in units and Number 1 in Dollars Savage Sword of Conan Original Marvel Years Omnibus HC Vol. 2 $125.00 Marvel 1,988 9 Savage Avengers Vol. 1 City of Sickles 2,783 www.comichron.com/monthlycomicssales/2019/2019-11.html

Here's an extract from Comichron concerning overshipping by Marvel in October: Marvel had returned to doing overships to assist select titles during the summer, but that practice was little in evidence in October: the comics retailers received extras on appear to include, in descending order of sales, only Savage Avengers #6, Black Cat #5, Strikeforce #2, and Black Panther and Agents of Wakanda #2. Those titles had unit rankings significantly better than their dollar sales rankings, none of which could be explained by any announced discount program. As always, overships do not impact Diamond's dollar market shares or our calculations of Marvel's overall sales. (Units are counted, of course: Diamond's chart is a commodity report telling retailers how much material is on the market. But the impact on unit market share was minimal.)
I guess it probably explains the drop in orders for issue 7 of Savage Avengers. A this rate it'll be in the same territory as CtB or SSOC pretty soon. Savage Avengers #1 - 119,878* #2 - 67,618* #3 - 58,047* #4 - 49,893* #5 - 45.851* #6 - 56,025 #7 - 34,742 SAVAGE AVENGERS ANNUAL #1 33,297 (*Includes additional printing) Source: www.comichron.com/monthlycomicssales/2019/2019-10.html

It'd be positive if it sold half that amount. The monthly numbers are what they are. It may be the case where the trades (and older ones at that) keep the monthly series going just to have the character out there.

Part of me wonders if the main reason Marvel got the license back was to just print the old stuff. Looking at these figures there is clearly a demand for them.
For a monthly Conan comic, let alone spinoffs, doesn't appear so much. That sucks with them inflating Savage Avengers due to overshipping.
Please just let Zub's run be good and at least keep the main book above 20k. Savage Sword can be cancelled at this point. Unless Roy Thomas writes it as an ongoing. Anything else just isn't needed.

If Savage Sword is just going to another standard sized color comic with subpar art, it can go away, I don't care who's writing it.

Probably be a good idea to do KC V1 after V4 of the other two lines come out. Thing is you run out of Roy almost immediately on that title, he's done by #8.

Those are pretty staggering numbers for the omnis. Each one topping 2k is no small feat.
