I'll stick with Conan as full adult having the same height and build as Dwayne Johnson in The Scorpion King. Also, Jason Momoa is about 6' 5", i just wish that hack director Marcus nispel had used Momoa's height more effectively, he should have towered over the rest of the cast...

But there are some person who's more than 6'4 and massive in Howard times. For example Primo Carnera, Italian Boxer who's 6'5 and weight 260 pounds/197 cm and 120 kg. There are also Buddy Baer, who's 6'6 and weight 250 pounds/199 cm and 113 kg, but he's starting carrier after Howard create first Conan story. So i think Conan will be 198 cm/125 kg-6'6/276 pounds. But it's just my opinion. And yeah i know you're post this 3 years ago...

I'm 6'4" my weight fluctuates between 175 and 190 lbs. I am 65 years old.
I was good at sports most of my life. I could dunk a basket ball in high school, I cannot any more. I was pretty strong had a 48" chest when I used to lift weights. I towered over 98% of my classmates. There were only 2 guys taller than me in my Senior year, one was 6"6" and weighed around 160lbs. The other was a little taller than me and he weighed around 350, mostly fat.
I always felt like I was a fast runner, my father was a track star, so I had decent genetics. In my mind Conan was my height, but much better built. I was never a gym rat, I also didn't take to school sports. I played basketball with my friends. The coaches at my school tried to get me to come out for the team, but I enjoyed my life just the way it was. I didn't need sports to get girls, music was my thing.
So instead of you all thinking I am bragging I assure you I am not. I am using my experience to say Conan would have been considered a "giant" by 95% of the people he lived with even if he was 6'2". At 6'4" he would have been enormous in that (pretend) time. Even at that height he would have been fast, lithe, strong. I never felt clumsy or oafish, except around girls I was trying to date. When I played sports against the "jocks" I was at least equal in speed and ability, but I was a "hippie" and that annoyed the hell out of them.
So I say Conan was at 6'4" bigger than most , but still lithe and quick and strong. Sorta like a football tight end, not a lineman. YMMV.

Charlemagne has been estimated at 6"0', which was in the 99th percentile of male height for his time period. No one ever accused Charlemagne of being oafish.
George Washington was considered very tall at 6"2' and 175 lbs. That's a BMI of 22.5. You can definitely be graceful at that level if it's mostly muscle.
