A cool pic of ERB that I'd never seen...

Michael Tierney's Edgar Rice Burroughs' 100 Year Art Chronology is a gigantic project, consisting of four books: one each for the Pulps and Books, the other two for the Comics. The Kickstarter is less than a month away. This sounds fascinating, Duece. I love pet projects like this. I signed up to receive their news letter to keep up with the progress.

An interesting read - it'd be even more interesting to hear the 'rest of the story' as Paul Harvey would say.

Reading Tarzan of the Apes now. It's been a pretty good read, with some genuine surprises along the way.

Well, ERB is being introduced to a new audience these days through an unlikely method. The new season of Mystery Science Theater 3000 on Netflix tackles both Land That Time Forgot and At the Earth's Core. The episodes are pretty funny, a lot of it geared towards the special effects work. I'm of the mind of any exposure these days is good exposure. I'm hoping next season they'll do People That Time Forgot.

I just finished the audiobook of AT THE EARTH'S CORE. I think it was one of the more consistent ERB efforts. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
