I seem to remember stumbling upon a website a few years ago that had scans of original REH manuscripts for download.
Does anyone know what site that might have been? I can't seem to find it anymore.

I recall reading somewhere that the library in Cross Plains had some copies of his manuscripts for sale. I don't know if you have to obtain them in person though.

Here is the link to the Cross Plains Library website that lists all of the manuscripts they have available and their cost: www.crossplainslibrary.com/robert-e-howard/robert-e-howardThe Harry Ransom Center on the campus of the University of Texas in Austin, has many more manuscripts in the Glenn Lord Collection. I believe they will send copies to you, but it is pretty much cost prohibitive. It is better to make a trip there in person (which could also be cost prohibitive). Anyway, here is a link to that collection as well: norman.hrc.utexas.edu/fasearch/findingAid.cfm?eadid=01287

Thanks for the links. I remember seeing digital copies before, but maybe I'm imagining things.

REH Foundation Secretary and Treasurer Paul Herman undertook the herculean task of scanning the original typescripts before they were sent to the HRC:

Here's the link and list of available manuscript copies: www.crossplainslibrary.com/robert-e-howard/robert-e-howardAnd some additional details from a tweet by Fredrik Malmberg:
