Vintage pulp fiction has a new home - the Kindle store (and app). What better place to find a huge selection of vintage fiction from the last 100+ years than the Amazon Kindle store.
Most of the selections are huge collections priced at mere pennies on the dollar, in line with or much cheaper than the original price for the paperbacks several decades ago.
As a rabid book collector, I still have a huge library of paperbacks, hard covers, and even magazines from the era, some handed down to me by my (late) grandfather (L.E.B.), and others either found a estate sales and thrift stores, or found on ebay. However its really nice to have them also available in digital form, especially entire anthologies and libraries at the the click of a mouse button (or finger). (And the quality of ebooks has improved immensely over the past few years.
Thoughts?
