Awesome! I found another newsstand photo. I got to wondering if the Library of Congress photos had another similar photo and . . . sure enough . . . they had one. This one is from Omaha, Nebraska, November 1938. Although Howard had passed by this time, he was still having many of his stories published in the pulps well into 1939. So, it is possible there is a Howard yarn in one of these pulps. I thought I had another one just a few minutes ago, but another near miss. I saw the Golden Fleece just above the McCall's pieces of paper on the left. Howard had "Black Vulmea's Vengeance" in the November issue: But, it looks like it is the December 1938 issue: Well, the only pulp author to ever visit Robert E. Howard in person has a yarn in this issue: E. Hoffmann Price!
