They’re going to have a very high bar to meet with that. There's no way Titan can compete with Dynamite in the direct market. Not unless they flood us with variants, I'm talking 10+, per issue, the way Dynamite does.

Check out this interview with the main writer:
-They are using a new timeline, different from both Marvel and Dark Horse. -The stories are "canon" but they have no intention to adapt them, at least for now. -They are starting with a young Conan coming from Venarium. -It's pure old-school pulp. -Rob de la Torre is only the artist of the first arc.

Thanks Enriqued. I like that they are not using a full script with Zub describing every single panel to De La Torre - almost like the ol' Marvel style. Looking forward to the series.

That all sounds pretty good. When they say they are listening to the fans, let's hope they mean this board.
I'm liking what I'm hearing, but I've been burned too many times since Truman left.

Just isn't the same as a bricks and mortar comics shop, nothing like handling the real deal in your hands, you ever get to Melbourne check out Minotaur Entertainment.

Luckily there’s a comic shop about 2 miles from my place, planning on going there next week and see what they have. Hopefully they’ll end up carrying the monthly book.

I agree , much rather have the comic. I imagine it'll be included in the collection. I wish I'd known about ME when we were over there a few years ago.

Just place a monthly order with them when you're there! A lot of the stores around here have minimums for a monthly pull list. I’ll have to see what their policy is.

Nope, has to be worth there while if they’re ordering books they may not carry otherwise. I had to go to three different stores to find Conan the Cimmerian #25 back in 2010, and the one store that had it keep them in the back. Shelf space is a tight commodity.

Luckily my Local comic store carries most Conan titles. I even still get a few issues of SSOC there sometimes so it's highly likely that they'll order these. Unfortunately though, there are many titles I ended up just buying online because I couldn't find 'em anywhere.
