John Hunyadi, voivode of Transylvania and the southern counties in the 1400's, his campaigns against the Ottomans, also internal struggles, in that part of Europe, that could be epic. Corvin Castle, also known as Hunyad Castle in Romania. Pretty sure I just saw this castle in a film at the cinema on Saturday. Took the kids to see a German film, called 'Erbe des Drachens' and it was set in Romania. Must be it. Yep, that was it. Interestingly enough Romania is not too far off from Spartacus ol stomping ground of Thrace, present day Bulgaria just to the south.
