Kull in Marvel's CONAN: SERPENT WAR

I liked seeing King Kull at the end of this recent Marvel mini-series, but....what did his appearance mean?? He's given the crown of the wyrm by someone who looks like James Allison, and then.....that's it. What happens then?

Jim Zub recently mentioned on twitter that there was plan for a follow-up series:

Yes, I did have a sequel planned.

When Serpent War was pitched as"Kingdom of the Wyrm", I hoped we'd be able to do "Kingdom of Decay" with Kull and other Robert E. Howard characters a year later.

Once the pandemic paused production on Conan the Barbarian and the Dark Agnes mini-series, any hope of getting back to that plan withered away pretty quick.

When Conan comics came back after a seven month gap I focused on trying to regain the momentum we lost on the monthly series, but things had obviously changed and plans had to shift toward wrapping up instead of expansion.

That said, with the Conan relaunch happening now at Heroic Signatures, working directly for the Robert E. Howard character rights holders, the potential we had in Serpent War could be reborn in other ways.

"Serpent War" was soo cool its a shame that Marvel never did nothing with it and cancel Dark Agnes after 2 issues and Solomon Kane did not even hit shelves.

So could we see a possible continuation of the storyline (minus Moon Knight, of course) at Titan?

Your guess is as good as mine, though I could see Zeb doing a Conan/Kull crossover for some kind of spiritual sequel.
