Thanks for the update Hun.
According to Andre at Midnight's Edge De Knight was one of the two top guys behind Conan at Netflix, but they both had a falling out with Netflix. Netflix then wanted Ted Biaselli (the activist who trashed the He Man franchise) to take over Conan and Fredrik Malmberg very wisely stepped in and put a stop to it at that stage.
Here's Andre's take on what happened. The relevant bit is from 22.10 to 25.30 (or a bit earlier if you want the backstory for how Ted Buselli literally back-stabbed He Man):

Depressing, but have to give Fred a thumbs up on pulling the plug on it before it got too far. Unfortunately both Amazon and Netflix came right in the teeth of the woke stuff, I think these days it’d have a slightly better shot since everyone seems to be pulling back from that (even And Just Like That toned it down a bit). Sadly those bridges are burned now. There has to be some place to do a Conan series. Max, Peacock and Paramount+ should be on the table as a more viable option than a film. It’ll depend on the budget.
