I have a few quibbles with the cover, but overall, that's dynamic and bloody! Bonus points for the artist having the various characters/ethnicities actually look roughly like what REH based them on.

Nice! Pretty good cover, overall. Should be out August 24th, according to the site.

So the interior artist will be doing the covers? I like that. Not the best cover I've ever seen, but also not the worst. Not the worst by far.

3. Opcion C Pencils for final cover. Seems to have gone for the original layout and flipped it.

Not bad. And not great. Still giving it a chance. It remembers me Hand of Nergal art style. Wondering if Sergio Dávila will improve his art in a monthly basis.

Unfortunately they didn't pick the most exciting sequence as a preview. No complaints from me, though.

Very good. I`m positive Dávila will be improving his art considerably really soon. I just wish Conan was a little bit less muscular, Buscema like.

I think if Davila is given the time, his art will improve.

He will get there. And even in this rougher form, it is still the best art we've seen for awhile.

Wow, two months in a row of getting a book on the day it comes out! Sergio has to work on keeping Conan's face on the worn side and less youthful at this point. Otherwise, some good stuff from him in here. Cullen has definitely modeled his Kozaki on the Slavs (Oksana sort of gives the game away). At times I thought I was reading a Hyborian Taras Bulba! Not that that's bad, just a little different to be that pronounced. Still trying to figure out the supernatural menace here. But it's certainly worth reading.
