I hope you have a great time when you meet Joe Jusko at this year's ECOF. That's gonna be a fantastic looking set with the Jusko covers. Yes, one can imagine it will be. Have you seen any of Joe's "sneak peaks" he's released? Pretty darn sweet! I'm sure we'll have a great time. Been to two Dum-Dums, but this is the first ECOF. I imagine they're quite similar, actually. Gives me and the wife an excuse to leave the kids at home to tend to things, and sneak away for a few days. I'll have to keep a Hunnic eye out for the "sneak peaks".

Another nice Schultz item with a painted Conan cover and a few b&w Conan pieces inside.

Stumbled onto this on the net, illustration by Jack Gaughan for Carter and DeCamp's story Conan and the Cenotaph/Curse of the Monolith that appeared in Worlds of Fantasy #1, 1968.

Here's Conan by Harry Roland from the July 1973 cover of Fantastic Stories, I like the beard but I'm on the fence about the topknot Below it is the illustration from the same issue for Carter and DeCamp's "Black Sphinx of Nebthu" by Billy Graham

Billy Graham was a really cool artist and underrated. he would turn up everywhere back in the day, but never gets discussed a lot.

Here's a Conan Portfolio by Billy Graham (not sure if it is the same Billy Graham) Thing in the Crypt by Billy Graham I'm pretty certain that the Conan illustration above on the right-hand side was reprinted in the SSOC.

Billy Graham was a really cool artist and underrated. he would turn up everywhere back in the day, but never gets discussed a lot. I wonder if it was sharing a name with two more well known public figures? Preacher Billy Graham was very active in those days and while I never once considered he might be drawing comics in my ignorant youth I remember pondering the possibility if it might be the Wrestler Billy Graham working a sideline as an artist.
