Conan Road of Kings literally just showed up in my mailbox, my eagerness to begin reading it is nearly indescribable. I have heard so many positive things about this pastiche!

I enjoyed this book, although I prefer his Bran Mak Morn pastiche. I got a kick out of Karl’s poke at Red Sonja during the robbery at the costume party...

One of the best REH pastiches out there. When I read that jab at RS, I totally agreed. Red Sonja ( after her two-issue debut in CtB, which was fine) is possibly the most glaring case of Roy Thomas dropping the ball in regard to the Hyborian Age/being Howardian.
