More Conan by Stevan Subic https://www.instagram.com/p/BxPdC_zhvSa The Julien Blondel and Valentin Secher adaptation of Hour of the Dragon has the potential to be something really great. Secher's art is fantastic. Hopefully he'll put some work in progress or sketches online sometime soon so we can get a better sense of it. Great concept. Loved it. This is how Conan should be depicted. Adult, nasty and mean.

Some from the Red Nails adaptation by Didier Cassegrain Looks pretty good to me, especially the depiction of their conversation-- which, as the panels have no dialogue, we can't hear.
I'm curious to find out exactly what Valeria and the Cimmerian are saying to one another, because it really looks as if Conan is kind of sweet-talking the skeptical warrior woman. She starts off looking like, "Hey, bonehead. Why you following me?" (panel two). But by the last panel she looks like she's reluctantly starting to go along with the big lug. Maybe I'm reading too much into it, but I think I see some storytelling skill here.

No, sorry. European ones, or Amazon.co.uk at least.

Readcomics has English translations so far. Have you read them? Do they appear to be solid translations?

I'd buy these instantly if they were released officially in English. My (conspiracy) theory is that Marvel is being spiteful with us because of our less than welcoming reception to they'er new Conan comics.

I think Marvel does not care about what we say. We are only a dozen guys. Compared to all those who are buying and enjoying the book, it means nothing.

I have been buying these hardcovers as they have beautiful artwork. The Frost Giant's Daughter has to be seen to be really appreciated.
I've been getting both the colour and B&W versions. We know the stories already, although there are of changes in their adaptions, but it is not hard to follow along without knowing a word of French.
I'm down for the long haul with these and if they are ever reprinted in English it would be nice, but does not bother me either way.
