The proof copies for #2 are in. Adrian Cole has this to say about his new story in that ish:
"I have a short story herein entitled Slayers at the Gate, which is an REH/HPL sort of crossover, in Roman Britain and plenty of bizarre action."

I was able to connect with Mr. Shanks. He said that he would look into the matter and also mentioned that ordering from Amazon instead of the website is faster.
Still waiting for a confirmation that the journal has shipped.
