Good!
I'd rather see a film of The Shadow of the Vulture with Amy Adams as Red Sonya of Rogatino.
How long has the Rodriguez-McGowan one been dead, like 5 years already? Losing track of time. Amy could pull off the look, just don't ask her wear those Amelia Earhart pants from Night at the Museum (I thought they looked fine. ) I was impressed with her in Edge of Tomorrow re-branded for home video as Live Die Repeat, would be a cool s&s heroine.

McGowan's no longer in the running to play Sonja due to injury, supposedly. Never thought she was right for the character, though.

I think that if we're nowhere near close to a new Conan movie, a Red Sonja movie is a pipe dream at this point.
Which is a shame. I'm sure you could find an Instagram fitness model that could have the look easy enough for a low budget cheesecake sword & sorcery flick.

One thing about McGowan, though. She gets into this stuff. Look at her performance in the 2011 Conan film. She was the best actor in the thing (her, and the young Conan actor). You could tell that she really dug the role.

Still the chain mail bikini? I guess it's like Conan's furry diaper, it's become her "superhero" costume

This art is crap, imo. Looks like Barbie meets meanie Sinbad The Sailor. Cue the diabolical laughter.

And true, that's exactly what it looks like. Unfortunately the art of many modern American comics leave a lot to be desired but I find that some of the stories are really good once you get into it.
