This is obviously deliberate.

This is obviously deliberate. She can’t even spell her name right. I may give this a shot, if I can remember when it comes on, I think it’s gong to be right around House of the Dragon. I like a lot of Filoni’s stuff, if there’s one guy who can get some of the old Star Wars feel into newer things to keep the perpetually aggrieved crowd quiet, it’s him. This is why I cut the guys from Rings of Power a break. When they talked about the show, they talked about Tolkien. When the cast talked about it, they sounded like her.

Recently found out about an Italian film that would be of some interest here. It's The First King, about Romulus and Remus. All the dialogue is in Old Latin, the language of the time. Haven't seen it myself, but it certainly looks cool.
I recently saw the movie on French TV. I did not particularly liked it (I much prefer the old Steve Reeves vs Gordon Scott version) but I thought the actions scenes were very Howardian.

FYI if you have any inclination on watching Rebel Moon Part 1 and Part 2, and expect a complete movie, think again.
The story is left open for yet another installment.
This was the most expensive turd I've seen in recent memory.
It's Star Wars meets Warhammer 40K with a little bit of the Chronicles of Riddick and Asimov mixed in. Nothing original.

Not seen it myself but it does seem to be getting generally panned by the critics.
From what I've read it's intended to have six parts and was based on his original rejected Star Wars pitch to Disney/Lucasfilm - so essentially what was originally a trilogy divided into a six part series of movies.

Ugh, horrible idea. I also forgot to mention it's Seven Samurai / Magnificent Seven half-assed with a Mary Sue as the lead.
