Yeah, it looks great. Hope it's not a 60 page adaptation like most of the Glénat adaptations. This should be at least 4 volumes in order for the adaptation of the yarn to really work. So far, they've all been roughly the same length? Doesn't make sense to have Frost Giant's Daughter or Queen of the Black Coast have the same pages as Red Nails or Beyond the Black River, let alone Hour of the Dragon. Hopefully Hour will be at least twice as long as their usual volume if not more. It'd be a shame to have something look that good but barely scratch the surface of the story.

Is it against the rules to post the links to download these comics? I have them in my mediafire account. They are scanlations and they are in English. I do not think they infringe any copyright but to prevent any confusion I ask first How did you get those to download? especially the English translations.

Does anyone know how long these adaptations are delayed for?

Does anyone know how long these adaptations are delayed for? They've never had a strict schedule other than being roughly quarterly, but they didn't have anything officially scheduled between March and September anyway. Currently the next volume is Patrice Louinet and Paolo Martinello's Rogues in the House adaptation (which is looking great), due September 16th, which I'd guess is later than intended. Amazon UK lists the Witch Shall be Born adaptation for September 1st but this is likely a mistake, as their release dates for the Glenat volumes have often been wrong, and it's not listed on the Glenat website.

I would honestly be happy to translate these adaptations to English and share them here but it's pretty difficult to find soft-copies of the original french issues. I do hope though that Ablaze publishing are going to adapt all of the Glenat stories. I don't know why they are translating them out of order but I hope they'll go back to some of the issues.

Yes I really hope they translate the Frost Giant's Daughter adaption soon. I know some of the artwork will be diminished somewhat by the smaller page size, but the artwork in that adaption just blew me away.

So I messaged the people at Ablaze Publishing and I was told that they plan to adapt "All Conan Comics from glenat with stories that are in the public Domain in the U.S". According to the link below, Frost Giant's daughter appears to be in U.S public domain but i"m not entirely sure about the credibility of the website. If anyone has any information corroborating or debunking this feel free to share. en.wikisource.org/wiki/Gods_of_the_North

The smaller page size was also a relative concern for me so I copied the translated pages of Queen of the black coast, black colossus and Beyond the black river and I customized them using an app called bookwright and then sent it to blurb.com for my own custom hardcover 12x12 translation. It will feel good to have a one of a kind copy as such but it takes a lot of time because I had to calibrate each and every page and it's also pretty costly, (An average of about 65 U.S Dollars per book).

Wow, that is a lot of effort, and they would look amazing, well done Daniel.
I hope that the rumoured hardcovers by Ablaze may be done in a larger format.

If the dimensions given in the Amazon listing are accurate, it looks like Ablaze are sticking with the smaller format for their hardcover collections.

Thank you both for the conformation. That's no worries, for at least we are getting these translations made available and I'm grateful for that.

I remember hearing there were some spelling mistakes in the translations, was there any word on whether these were going to be fixed in the collections?
I'll be getting them regardless, but spelling mistakes drive me crazy so it would be nice to know they'll be gone.
