Looking at the 1st paragraph on the inside cover I suspect Ablaze will only be translating the 17 Conan yarns published in Weird Tales. Hopefully we do get a translation of Robin Recht's Frost-Giant's Daughter adaptation and the God in the Bowl adaptation. I dunno. I could be reading too much into that first paragraph, but it has been in the intro of all 3 comics published so far.

That does make sense now that you have pointed that out Hun.
Anyway I will be happy to see the rest of the adaptions.
The Frost-Giant's Daughter adaption was the one I was looking forward to the most, as the colours matched the brooding Northern climes brilliantly. The artwork of the war helms were striking, the battle at the beginning, and Conan's lustful, naive chase after Atali, was portrayed perfectly for me. The Polar Bears were little bit of a let down, but I have re-read (or should I say re-looked at)and enjoyed this one more than the others.

I agree, the Frost-Giant's Daughter adaptation is easily the best adaptation in the Glénat series. I've mentioned it before it easily surpasses the Barry Windsor-Smith and Cary Nord adaptation. I gotta feeling the God in the Bowl will be better than the previous adaptations by Marvel & Dark Horse. We still have time, maybe Ablaze and Cabinet can work something out, so we eventually get to see all of the Conan comics by Glénat in translation.

I personally wish Ablaze would just tell us which stories they're gonna adapt and which they aren't. Just like some of you guys here, my most anticipated translation would be the frost giant's daughter but I also wanna see Iron shadows from the moon.

I've said it before, but there's a way to skirt the Frost Giant's Daughter into the public domain. Just call it Cimmerian: Gods of the North or simply Gods of the North and don't mention the name Conan anywhere within the pages.

If Ablaze is going to publish the 17 weird tales stories, that probably means that we aren't going to see the hour of the Dragon in English.

Great news about the Frost Giant's Daughter! I'm loving the Rogues in the House artwork, especially the first image. Thak looks a little big in the last image but that's only a minor quibble.

The Rogues in the house artwork is what I would imagine Conan to look like. My personal favorite so far. I am anticipating some of these but honestly I'm not really a fan of how some of the adaptations look (not to say that I don't want them). Like in People of the Black circle Conan Looked too Manga-ish and Stephane Gess draws his face kinda skewed in The Man-eaters of Zamboula. I also thinks he looks too skinny in The scarlet citadel and I'm not a fan of the curly hair in Black Colossus.
Im just being needlessly critical but this is just my opinion. I love the art in every single one of these adaptations, I'm just not so much of a fan the way that Conan is portrayed in some of them..
That being said, I absolutely loved Robin Recht's Frost Giant's Daughter and I also like the Iron Shadows in the Moon adaptation. I'm aware that opinions differ but I think the upcoming Rogues in the house is gonna set the bar high for the remaining Albums
