I had a S&S story published in "Corner Bar Magazine" again last year, but I forgot to post about it on here. It's quite short, slightly over two thousand words. My best work. It's called: "Kromus: The Betrayer". If you do read it, please let me know what you think of it. cornerbarmagazine.com/pdfs/corner-bar-volume-08-issue-06.pdf

Quite a challenge to work with such a small word count. I thought it was an interesting series of three linked vignettes. Is it a one off or do you have further plans for any of those characters?

Thank you! The word count wasn't a result of an imposed restriction set by the magazine, it was a purely accidental result. It would be very challenging to cook up an in tale two-thousand words or fewer; especially because I write haphazardly, starting with a scene and building out from there.
Yes, I would actually like to write more stories featuring the undead armoured warrior. I feel that there is a lot I could do with this character, he lends himself easily to flexible story telling. That'll be for the future, got something I've been struggling with for a while now that I would like to wrap up and start getting shipped out.

I learned a new word reading Kromus, that doesn't happen often these days. Your bio said you write for fun, but if you wanted you could set up a regular schedule and process without losing the fun part - you might be surprised how much you can write in six months to a year.

I know. I am trying to get more time in on my writing and being consistent about. Unfortunately, I am not immune to the many distractions that have been introduced into our modern day lives via technology. It's an ongoing battle for me.
