A COMMENT
To episode 1.
The manuscript of the episode is a list with one of Stefan’s “terrible stories” in which real events are hypertrophied. In reality, there probably was a pointless skirmish that culminated in the accidental killing of the guard chief Arimium. Of course, Conan had to flee. The path to Shadizar was again forbidden. Cheerless Cimmerian turns into Arejun. Episode 6
The manuscript of the episode was discovered in the library of the monastery of Sauvageon in Pointe. Experts believe that it is based on the novel by Guy Petronius, written according to the stories of the king about the affairs of his friend Shi Shelam and his comrades BEFORE meeting Conan. The text was revised according to the instructions of the senior abbess of the monastery of mother Rosalia (Countess Dia Laurin). The text included episodes dedicated to Clelia Cassiane and High Investigator Rekifes, and the so-called Kid from Joey's gang was identified with Conan. It should be noted that according to overseas chronicles, the royal investigator during the years of Conan’s stay in Shadizar was Tefilus, and only Conan could act like Little Baby Conan when he met with a servant of Mitra Faral, nicknamed Utes.
Episode 12
The trip to Gil Dorad is extremely useful, for Conan, after the murder of the adviser to the ruler, should not catch the eye of the guards for some time.
Episode 17
Conan, who returned from a long voyage, is faced with the “Lord of the Sly”, who has risen in the thieves’s environment. There are a lot of descriptions in the manuscript. So, Gayyar, who came to Shadizar from Arendzhun, is persistently called a Shadizar. It seems that the scribe did not see the difference between the two thieves' centers Arendzhun and Shadizar, using their names, as God puts on the soul.
Episode 31
The manuscript is an arrangement of one of Stephen’s “terrible stories”.
Episodes 32 and 33
The manuscripts of the episodes are borrowed from the collection of the Tarantia Monastery of Wisdom, which explains the steep mythologization of events. Probably, the original text, continuing the story of the events of episode 31, also belonged to Stefan.
Episode 40
In fact, the story of Karela the Red Hawk is described. Conan is mentioned only casually.
The Zamoran cycle ends with a sortie to Larsha. The defeat of the detachment of Captain Nestor, conquered by Conan, overflows the patience of the authorities, and Conan has to prudently leave Zamora.
The given sequence of episodes of the cycle does not pretend to chronological accuracy.
During their stay in Zamora, Conan's girlfriends were: Denira and her maidservants Madina, Zamira and Shariz (8, 11), Laura (12), Dejanira (18), Melia (31-33), Semiramis (35, 36). In episode (37), Karela the Red Hawk also appears.
In addition to "lengthy" novels, there are many fleeting casual encounters and connections.
The first and invariable Shadizar friend and accomplice of Conan was Shi Shelam Lovkach. Conan also worked with his brother Denira Ninus, until he left Shadizar. The good friends of Conan were gymnast Fefim, Szabo and Prolaz's drunkard, as well as Carcass and Fox. There were other buddies who were friends for a month, some for a day, and some for one thing. And of course, the Cimmerian felt especially comfortable in the tavern of Abuletes.
