You know Zarono, when you said that the 'schemes may even be orchestrated by intelligences who understand human behavior and psychology far better then we do and modify society to suit whatever their desires may be', for some reason that made me think of the film 'Dark City'. Dark City is a good analogy, especially in the current time as social media disseminates information so quickly. Bit of a jump off from the conversation but going back a bit here's a mysterious super fast orb caught on a drone camera a few years ago, I seem to recall several videos like this circulating over the years before the recent mainstream ufo flap. A quick story about a superfast object on Huffpost back in 2015. "Explanations have ranged from it being a fake to others suggesting that this is an as-yet unidentified species of supersonic bird." www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2015/03/09/ufo-caught-by-drone-moving-at-incredible-speed-over-silicon-valley_n_6831526.html

There it is, military supersonic drones, some of the eastern Asian nations are working on them too.

Not sure if this is the right thread for this but it certainly fits the wildcard descriptor, with links also to REH's fictional notion of pre-cataclysmic civilizations existing in this region. What other ancient knowledge may have been passed down in this way of which we are not yet aware? World’s FIRST MAP of ANCIENT AFRICA Should NOT Exist…

Bright Insight also has a few vids on the Sahara Atlantis theory, makes you wonder what the sands of the Sahara are hiding. There was an area of land, Doggerland, now submerged beneath the North Sea, that connected Britain and Ireland to the rest of continental Europe, but flooded by rising sea levels some 8000 years ago or so. Woolly mammoth skulls have also been discovered by fishermen in the North Sea. Notice how the hypothetical extent of Doggerland has a striking resemblance to REH's Hyborian Age map.

Also from Bright Insight.
'UFO Sightings Depicted in Ancient Paintings...'
Probably outside the scope of this thread, but could not help but notice 'YES, They Really Are *Deleting* the Internet And it’s WAY Worse Than You Think'.

Good observation kemp. There was a little discussion along those lines in the Hyborian Age maps thread:
Deuce added a map of Pleistocene South Asian region. Add that to the Doggerland map and the Saharan theory and our actual geographical history starts to potentially more closely resemble REH's fictional one.

He runs a great channel on Ancient Mysteries and his presentation of the Atlantis = Eye of Africa/Richat structure theory is very convincing.
He is also completely correct about modern search engines getting borked imho. Big gap in the market there for a new start-up search engine from some aspiring digital entrepreneur methinks.

The Europe that was, real world parallels, and that was over two years ago. I also like the look of the Modiphius Hyborian Age map, I should have included that for comparisons with the Doggerland map, but you did that on the Hyborian Age Maps thread.

Something akin to Bitchute and Rumble in terms of freedom, an open forum, but with the colour and and reach of Google and Youtube.

Back to alien abductions Wikipedia describes alien/UFO abduction people reporting the experience of being kidnapped and subjected to physical and psychological experimentation by alien figures. This includes unwanted invasive examinations, that may involve reproductive systems, human alien hybridisation, the main alien culprits seem to be Greys, but there are other trouble makers such such as the Reptilians. In all honesty, my cursory research has taken me into various medical fields with numerous terms for certain traumas, and my opinion is that the people going through these experiences are under some sort of delusion, so many have lapses of memory, that is, incomplete memories of their experience aboard the UFO's and so on. Studies have shown that many abductees are prone to nightmares and experiencing prolonged feelings of fear, also that type of sleep paralysis where a person feels weighed down and under intense fear, but can't move or call out. 'Alien Abduction? Science Calls It Sleep Paralysis' Called sleep paralysis, this disorder -- the result of a disconnect between brain and body as a person is on the fringe of sleep -- is turning out to be increasingly common, affecting nearly half of all people at least once. Moreover, a growing number of scholars believe that sleep paralysis may help explain many ancient reports of attacks by witches and modern claims of abduction by space aliens. ''I think it can explain claims of witchcraft and alien abduction,'' said Kazuhiko Fukuda, a psychologist at Fukushima University in Japan and a leading expert on sleep paralysis. Research in Japan has had a headstart because sleep paralysis is well-known to most Japanese, who call it kanashibari, while it is little-known and less studied in the West. ''We have a framework for it, but in North America there's no concept for people to understand what has happened to them,'' Professor Fukuda said. ''So if Americans have the experience and if they have heard of alien abductions, then they may think, 'Aha, it's alien abduction!' '' Sleep paralysis was once thought to be very rare. But recent studies in Canada, Japan, China and the United States have suggested that it may strike at least 40 percent or 50 percent of all people at least once, and a study in Newfoundland, Canada, found that more than 60 percent had experienced it.' www.nytimes.com/1999/07/06/science/alien-abduction-science-calls-it-sleep-paralysis.htmlThat's one part of it.

Thanks for the heads up. I have some suspicions where they may be going with this, but keep us updated. Also on redacted 'Is Congress about to finally give us real UFO disclosure? Dr. Michael Salla discusses the draft version of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon Disclosure Act of 2023 that will be inserted into National Defense Authorization Act for 2024.'

Interestingly enough, many abductees also have a strong interest in the paranormal.
Take Sammy Hagar of Van Halen fame for instance, talks about ghostly visitations from departed family members and encounters with aliens that 'opened his mind'.
I'm not trying to be an asshole making judgements, but even Hagar notes that he might have been in a dream like state in some of the 'encounters', again that almost semi conscious confused state, and it does seem, at least to me, that some minds are more susceptible to so called supernatural and extra terrestrial encounters.
Region one lives in, belief and ideology, past experiences including personal traumas, career, lifestyle, cultural influences, emotional state and other factors may play a part in whether people feel that they have experienced ghostly or alien encounters.
There is also the power of persuasion by 'trusted authorities' over certain minds.
